Pigskin Pickem RULES
Rules: We will post six games each week starting on August 20th, 2007. Simply pick who you think will win each game. You get one point per correct pick. Whoever has the most points at the end of the week gets entered into a drawing for prizes from Burger King. The scores will accumulate throughout the season and the overall winner will receive prizes from Burger King and KSFY Television. Only one entry per person per week.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit the ksfypigskinpreview.com web site, and provide your name and a valid email address (winners will be notified by email). Pick who you think will win the games and click the submit button on the webpage.
2. THE DRAW PROCESS: To determine the winner of a prize, we'll calculate all the qualified entrants. If there is a tie there will be a random draw held by ksfypigskinpreview.com from eligible entries received on or before the date set for the close of a contest . The draw will take place at the ksfypigskinpreview.com offices located at 1417 S. Riverdale Road Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Winning entrants will be notified by email. In the event that ksfypigskinpreview.com is not able to contact a winner within seven (7) days of the issuance of a notification email, the selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with any rights to the prize and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible ballots. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible ballots received.
3. PRIZES: Prizes cannot be refunded and are not convertible to cash.
4. All prizes are subject to availability by the supplier.
5. By entering a contest entrantsksfypigskinpreview.com, which shall be final and binding with respects to all aspects of the contest, including and without limitation the eligibility of entries.
6. All entries automatically become the property of ksfypigskinpreview.com and will not be returned. ksfypigskinpreview.com is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
7. By entering a contest the entrant agrees to accept all emails from ksfypigskinpreview.com or any of its subsidiaries. ksfypigskinpreview.com has the right to use any information supplied by the entrant for its own purposes as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
8.By entering a contest a contestant agrees to indemnify and hold ksfypigskinpreview.com, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless and to release them from any and all liability, damages, or cause whatsoever , however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of participation in a contest, or the receipt or use of the prize awarded.
9. The final prizes are provided by the supplier when the prize winner has been chosen and are subject to availability. ksfypigskinpreview.com assumes no responsibility in the event that a supplier does not provide a prize. However, ksfypigskinpreview.com will attempt to take all reasonable measures to insure that a prize is made available for the winner in a timely manner. The actual prize may differ from the prize depicted.
10. ksfypigskinpreview.com, its agents and assigns are not responsible for technical, internet, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind and lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit the ability to participate in a contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing entries. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of ksfypigskinpreview.com, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper concluding of a contest), the contest can not be completed as described in the rules, ksfypigskinpreview.com shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
